The noodles have great texture, I thought the portion size was a bit small but it’s very filling. Spice is very moderate, but it does have the numbing sensation characteristic of sichuan peppercorn.

Ok this was SO GOOD. Tingly kind of spicy, but not sweat-inducing, little sour from the pickles and vinegar, but in perfect balance. The noodles are nice and broad with a phenomenal bouncy chew. Every bite was a delightFor anyone else unable to read the instructions, I followed a video review on here. Just put the noodles in the cup, fill with boiling water to about 2/3 full or 500ml, leave covered for 5-7 mins, dump the water, add the packets, drizzle some boiling water over the top, stir, and enjoy!

It’s okay, it’s smaller than expected and I thought the taste would be heavy but it was pretty light I even thought i made the soup instead of just mixing and I only put just enough water to cover the noodles there’s no soup at all after it was all cooked

After eating it at 3 o'clock, I couldn't eat it at all when I had dinner at 6 o'clock. After soaking, the amount is quite large, I just soaked it in hot water and ate it for 10 minutes

It's delicious and spicy, and the portion is big. I've eaten it both at home and abroad. It's my favorite in China. I have a heavier taste, so I can cook other dishes in it, otherwise it will be a bit salty.
After reading the introduction online, I bought this for the first time and felt it was great value for money. First of all, there were a lot of ingredients in the package. Secondly, the soup base didn't taste like artificial chili at all. Instead, it had the flavor of broth and wasn't particularly salty. So I added soba noodles, which I also bought here. The whole thing tasted very good. Finally, there were a lot of yuba (bean curd sheets), but not enough sour bamboo shoots. I hope it can be improved in the future. Overall, I will still repurchase!
