Compared to the size of a Quarter, pit is relatively big. Not super sweet, only some are juicy. It’s alright, nothing spectacular. Also, for this high price, there’s no indication if these were actually Hawaiian longans. You just have to believe they are and not think about the purchase price.

This Longan tastes better and sweeter than Lychees. Although it has discoloration in the skin, the inside is perfect goodness. This came from Florida. The flavor is like very sweet meat of young coconut fruit with lychees mixed in. I am saving the seeds to be planted soonest as it quickly loses its viability after separating from the fruit.
