This is my first order of pork jowl~ I haven't cooked it yet, but I hope it tastes good! It arrived safely in a frozen state!

I’ve bought this many times. The meat to fat ratio is perfect when paired with lettuce cups and pickled vegetables. Such a cheap, nice cut of meat that needs less than 30 minutes to fully marinade and airfry. Perfect when paired with a kdrama lol. Will buy again for sure.

It arrived frozen solid, and I defrosted it in the fridge and cooked it. It had no smell and was so delicious! I would 100% buy it again!!!

Pork is a must for kimchi stew! It has just the right amount of oil, and it’s hard to find pork shoulder in the US, so I buy some and grill it in small portions, and I also use it in stews and stir-fries!!
