In fact, I’ve never had it this long before and it makes a difference in the texture and flavor. The photo is a single leaf over 12” long. It tastes more like the white part of a scallion versus the mustard leaf I’m more accustomed to and the bite is not as crisp. I would not repurchase.

Ah.. It's not fresh kimchi, it's old kimchi. It's not crunchy. It's good that I put in ground red pepper, but it seems to get mushy easily.. The kimchi juice is too sour, so I think I should just scoop out the kimchi and eat it!!
It's so sour and mushy and so disappointing. I think it's right to throw it away, but I'm so disappointed that they're selling it without even selling it. It says it's crunchy pickled radish kimchi, but there's no crunch at all. What should I do with the pickled radish?

This was pretty good, I cut them into smaller pieces to eat with rice.
