I've ordered Japanese yam more than 10 times, but lately, the yam has been very thin, and it's not even fresh, and it's breaking... I've even received yam that's turned a reddish color... Please improve the quality of your products!!!!
This is a delicious Japanese yam. I grate it and eat it with soy sauce and wasabi.
The Japanese yam was fresh, but it seemed to have lost some of its vacuum-sealing properties and was somewhat oxidized.
The yams were fairly fresh! I made yam, corn, and chicken soup for dinner.
The vegetables look quite fresh today!

When I received it, the vacuum packaging was gone, and the yams inside were already soggy. This seems abnormal! Please pay attention to the quality!
