Going to peel and put in a plastic container in the fridge for a few months. The product seems very fresh (as fresh as black garlic can get) and you can smell it through the packaging!
There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. Although it is garlic, it tastes far different from garlic. Garlic is spicy and not delicious. Black garlic is sweet and soft, very delicious and healthy.
Pricy hopefully it’s good.
