I've eaten this brand many times, I always buy the ones without fake colors. These ones are always the perfect amount of sweetness. I store them by slicing them thinly and putting them in a jar with water and vinegar to cover (i like them extra sour). Perfect to eat alongside pretty much everything! I need to have these in my fridge all the time!
