Fresh meat
This was the first time I bought these pork neck bones. When I made soup, they had a fishy, foul smell. I don't know why. I soaked them in salt water for half an hour and blanched them, but they still had an unpleasant odor and no meaty aroma. I will never buy them again.

I made braised pork trotters, and they smelled delicious. However, this product's trotters are mostly skin with relatively little meat; I think they might taste even better if they were made spicier.
