Its good to make fat
This is not called lard, to be exact it is meat fat (white meat under the skin) which is not what I want. Keep looking, I want the lard under the pork ribs, which is hard to buy. I can't return it after placing the order, at least the oil boiled with white fat is also very fragrant, and the driver delivered the goods very well, please forgive me for only giving three stars.
Overall the fat is firm and looks delicious.
Very good After frying the meat residue in oil, I fried some cabbage and lettuce, which was delicious. I plan to buy it again.
