Fresh bayberry from the United States, I tried it yesterday and it wasn’t very tasty
They were quite bland and lacked the signature sweet-tart flavor yangmei are known for. For the high price, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, they also weren’t properly packaged and arrived partially squished, likely due to being shipped alongside large Hami melons without protection. Expensive! Thing is I know I will re order until I get a good batch :-(

The size is very very small, the taste is neither sour nor sweet, it feels average, not as good as last year, although the size is also small but the taste is right, this year there is almost no bayberry taste
I was disappointed with the bayberry this time. It was not as good as the first time. The taste was not good, the appearance was not good, and many of them were squeezed out of water. I will not buy them again.

This was the 3rd time we purchased this variety grown by Calmei. Every single time the product arrived in good condition. The berries were fresh, juicy and delicious. Great product and service.
