They were not Valencia oranges. They were Navel oranges. When I opened them I could tell by the texture and the juice. Looking at the sticker it says Navel oranges. Valencia is super juicy and soft, yielding a lot of juice. Not sure why they are being sold as Valencia.

Clean and not bruised. I'm waiting on them to ripen, but they smell orangey and floral. I'm looking forward to peeling one. I could probably use the peel for candied applications or for zest.
