Was hoping to make 大腸包小腸 but this isn’t going to work :( The one nice thing is that if air fried, the skin has a nice crispiness to it.
Too fishy, even with lots of seasonings it still smells fishy. Gave it to the dog. Be careful if you don't like fishy smells.
