- They feel a little different from dried persimmons in Japan. Not only are they crushed vertically, but they also have a lot of moisture. They're expensive, so I don't think I'll buy them again... - Overall good sizes. Fast speed on order delivery. This is the first time trying, so trying to figure out if I should cut open the darker ones that might be pollinated. Cause supposedly you can eat the pollinated ones early cause they’ll be sweet vs being astringent.
