I made a big portion of mapo tofu and it was delicious.
The 2 tofu were packaged inside a silver waterproof bag with an ice pack in the middle. The icepack was all defrotesd by the time it arrived, but it was still chilly inside. It was thankfully only 65F today, but had it been a hotter day, I might have been more worried. But they are great. And I received the item in 7/17, with the expiration day not until September. I'm glad I got one of the newer batches. There were times I only had 2 weeks left on the due date.

I only use this silken tofu,,, keeps it shape (doesn’t crumble) when I cook braised tofu or fried tofu with sweet and sour sauce. Expiration date is usually 3-4 weeks.Perfect with the Korean rice I bought from Weee
