It was in good frozen condition when I received it. But after thawing, I found that the meat was not fresh. The fat on the surface was partially yellow. It was still okay after braising. But I will not buy it again in the future.

As seen on the picture, the package is not vacuum sealed. The width of each piece is not even (the other piece is cut so much thinner, definitely not 2”). I don’t think I would buy this again.
The pork chops are Kyoto ribs, and the meat is just the right tenderness.

When the weather gets warmer, you can grill it on the terrace.
Perfect for making bak kut teh! After two hours cooking, the meat just falls off the bone. No weird smell, meaty, and very fresh. Will order again!

I bought it to make gamjatang. It was convenient because there wasn't a lot of oil and I didn't have to do much cleaning. When I make gamjatang, it doesn't smell like meat at all and it's delicious.
