American Wagyu beef looks very good
I was a General Manager of a steakhouse in NYC for 5 yrs. Major letdown. The meat was incredibly gristly, making it difficult—and frankly unpleasant—to chew. I expected a tender, flavorful cut, but what I received was tough, sinewy, and full of inedible bits. It felt like little care was taken in trimming or selecting a quality piece. This really took away from the overall experience of the dish.
I just got it delivered and I'm uploading it. It looks so good. I think it'll be delicious.

marbling is usually a hit or miss
The delivery was good. I received it last night and put it in the air fryer this morning. I put olive oil and onions in it and fried it. It was thin, so it cooked quickly, wasn't tough, and didn't smell.
The wagyu can sometimes be a miss because of lack of marbling. The kobe beef one on Weee is more consistent with marbling

The beef brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked. I used it in kimchi stew. It came out a bit tough. It was better cooked with snow peas. It was more tender. It was a good sale purchase. I'm glad that I tried it but I will probably not buy it again.

Good, very thin, a lot of fat, just fry for a few seconds
The top two slices don’t have much oil on the edges, and the kids love them. When we make barbecue, they feel like they melt in the mouth. However, the bottom slices are all thick with oil on the edges, which makes them greasy and hard to bite off.
It's so delicious. Although it's expensive, it's worth it. 8 thin slices, fried in a non-stick pan, without any seasoning, absolutely delicious. I will buy it again.
Some parts are chewy, but price is good.
Ordinary fatty beef tastes better than this. It has too much tendons and it’s a big loss to buy it at this price.
