I’ve purchased Swai fillets more times than I can remember. This fish is one of my family’s favorite. The Swai that is sold by Weee is raised under responsibly condition. It’s stated on the back of the package. It always arrives packed in ice and still frozen. My family prefers this fish fried. After washing with vinegar and salt, it’s seasoned to our taste and fried. It has a delicate taste and flaky texture… quite delicious.
