I was worried because some reviews mentioned poor color, but everything was a beautiful color. I cooked it in a frying pan! I overcooked it and it shrunk a bit, but since it was originally very thin, it didn't get tough, and it still had the chewy texture of beef tongue, which was delicious. There was quite a lot in the package. I thought I could thaw it in the refrigerator at lunchtime and have it for dinner, but some parts were still frozen, so I think it's better to thaw it in the morning!

I added cabbage and button mushrooms, sprinkled pepper, and stir-fried them in a pan. It was delicious; even without adding extra oil, just the right amount of fat came out of the meat.
The marbling on the beef was nice, and the meat itself was a bit darker in color, but the quality was still good. It would be delicious in hot pot.

Top left of picture. Frozen when received. Thin slice - yes. But I see a large portion of fat, so I think it is better to use for hot pot. Still, it is quite expensive.

I'm speechless at this packaging. The bottom is empty; only the top half of the meat is on the skewer. Ten small skewers aren't even enough for one person. The beef itself is fine, but the price is too high.
