The meat wasn't laid flat, and blood was seeping out; it was dripping blood everywhere when I took it out. It's disgusting. Please improve the packaging.

Half a pound each of fatty beef, brisket, and shoulder. The meat was very fresh and tasted good. The fatty beef and shoulder were very tender, while the brisket was a little dry, but all were quite flavorful! This platter is great for hot pot; you can choose whatever you like, lean or fatty!

Pleased with the quality of meats and packaging that separates the 3 different cuts of beef. Chuck roll was very lean, brisket was perfect, and for those that like fattier bites - the short plate was a nice melt in your mouth

The beef brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked. I used it in kimchi stew. It came out a bit tough. It was better cooked with snow peas. It was more tender. It was a good sale purchase. I'm glad that I tried it but I will probably not buy it again.
