The beef brisket was a bit fattier than I would've liked. I used it in kimchi stew. It came out a bit tough. It was better cooked with snow peas. It was more tender. It was a good sale purchase. I'm glad that I tried it but I will probably not buy it again.

I like to eat meat with fat, and this one is just the right amount of fat and lean. I don't like lean meat because it's very dry. For girls, eating more fat is good for the skin and it supplements collagen. The collagen supplements sold on the market have too high estrogen content, and eating them will cause tumors.
I thought this was going to be thinner, it's too thick for sukiyaki. it has good flavor but it's hard to chew in soup. it'll probably be better grilled.

American Wagyu beef looks very good
I was a General Manager of a steakhouse in NYC for 5 yrs. Major letdown. The meat was incredibly gristly, making it difficult—and frankly unpleasant—to chew. I expected a tender, flavorful cut, but what I received was tough, sinewy, and full of inedible bits. It felt like little care was taken in trimming or selecting a quality piece. This really took away from the overall experience of the dish.
I just got it delivered and I'm uploading it. It looks so good. I think it'll be delicious.

The delivery was good. I received it last night and put it in the air fryer this morning. I put olive oil and onions in it and fried it. It was thin, so it cooked quickly, wasn't tough, and didn't smell.
The wagyu can sometimes be a miss because of lack of marbling. The kobe beef one on Weee is more consistent with marbling
