Every time I use this vegetarian chicken to make pickled vegetables and winter bamboo shoots with vegetarian chicken, it is delicious. This vegetarian chicken has no hollows. It is very soft and tender when pan-fried on both sides and then braised. Remember to take it out and soak it in warm water after frying until the skin is hard before braising.
