Very good ube extract to make all kinds of desserts. They were packed in bubble wrap so they arrived undamaged. I opted to make Ube Tres Leches with this. It's super simple to use white cake mix and drops of ube extract into the cake mix. 3 different milks, condensed, evaporated and whole/low-fat and add ube extract to the milks. Then make your own whipping cream adding powdered sugar to the cream with and your favorite extract.
This is my 2nd time ordering here. I love this brand. I use it on making sapin sapin, ube bar and ube pandesal even with ube refreshers and iced coffee
