As a content creator, quality is important and my udon noodles definitely stood the test. I never had them “uncooked” before and I won’t eat them no other way going forward. Texture was perfect and made an awesome gravy out of the water. Great buy!!!
It's a bit like hand-rolled noodles and crab meat noodles.
Easy to prepare and the kids loved it. Boiled for 8 minutes, drained and stir fried with oil, sesame oil, and a dash of Bachan BBQ sauce for flavor. Huge hit and such a simple process.

It can be used in many ways, but it tastes great in Budae Jjigae. I personally prefer glass noodles to ramen noodles haha. You should try adding them to Budae Jjigae too.

These glass noodles are also great for dumplings, stewed pork ribs, or used in vegetarian buns. I eat these glass noodles regularly.

It's kalguksu noodles. It's delicious.
These delicious noodles are great for making banh canh (Vietnamese rice noodle soup).
I bought this because I was craving some hot kalguksu. I rinsed off the starch a little and boiled it until it was bubbling. It was so delicious, exceeding my expectations, that I plan to repurchase it once I finish this pack.
Kimchi kalguksu is good.
