- It was well marinated and the meat was very tender. This conchinillo was a show stopper. Everyone enjoyed the flavor of the meat. The instructions were very general. You have to know your oven very well. It only took an hour and a half to cook this, but I used the convection roast mode on my oven. It has to be convection to cook it fast and have crispy skin. I air it out for 30 minutes then continue cooking in 400 convection roast for another 30 minutes. I will definitely buy again.
