There is only this much meat in the whole roast duck, it feels like a small amount

The roast duck is generally okay, but this amount is definitely not enough for one duck, and there is very little duck meat sliced, which is very different from the first time I bought it. Nice treat to have Peking duck delivered to my house in the East Bay! My whole family was impressed with the quality. I reheated the duck in the air fryer and got it a bit crispy. Order came with a generous amount of cucumbers, scallions, sauce, and 20 soft and thin pancakes. They also give you the bones, in case you want to make soup.
Second repurchase. I bought it a few days before Thanksgiving last time and it was still fresh and delicious. This time it was delivered the day before Christmas and I was very disappointed. The meat was dry and stale, definitely not the same day. Or baked the day before, will not repurchase.

I have eaten it in a store before, and this time I saw it on weee. After tasting it, I felt that although it was not as delicious as in the store, for an overnight roast duck, it can still be restored to 70% by reheating in the oven. I will buy it again in the future.
Ducks, duck cakes, ingredients are all good! There is also a box of duck racks with good packaging. I brought the soup ~ The duck does not add salt, so it is not very salty, great!

Garlic is added to the seasoning of this roasted gluten, but the traditional method in Jiangsu and Zhejiang areas does not include garlic.

Ordered this for our Easter dinner.. the flavor was ok but like the other review said the fat wasn’t rendered properly. The meat container was cracked, the green o ions were FROZEN, the wrapper skin was so dried it all tore (think bc it was previously frozen) and the skin was very mush—even after we rendered the fat. We used our own green onions, added some cucumber. The flavor was decent but a bit too salty. We love Peking Duck but maybe we will try a different brand the next time..

The chicken is tender and the diced chicken is marinated and fried in oil, making it smooth and tender without being dry. praise.
I was looking forward to cooking this dish, but the sauce container was already split and dry out on the wraps.
