This noodle is mouth numbing spicy, but it doesn't taste that spicy which was confusing to me, but also it makes sense considering the spicy noodles made my mouth numb which took away my ability to fully taste the spiciness. I did enjoy the flavor, I usually drain most of my noodles regardless if it's supposed to be this way because I rarely like broth. possibly with additional food this would be delicious with the broth.

AMAZING numbing spicy. Authentic sze chuan spicy sauce. Glass noodles are good but maybe too thin? Would prefer wide flat glass noodles.
