I have bought this rice noodle many times. It is easy to cook after soaking for a few hours. I made various rice noodles according to Xiaohongshu, and they are delicious.
Yesterday I cooked soup with taro. I soaked it in cold water for two hours and then put it in chicken soup and cooked it for about 15 minutes before adding the taro. The rice noodles were very soft.

The noodles came packed with ice. I left it in the fridge overnight and then popped in the microwave for 2 minutes to soften it up before cutting into it, then cooking it. if you cut into it while it's super cold, it will break. make sure to pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes.

Made pho rolls with it and it was delicious. Remember to steam it so the rice paper can be soft again.
used this for malaysian kueh chap and it was good. i steamed and microwave before separating them off each other for an easier peel
