The quantity is quite large. I bought it to make soy milk boxes. I hope it tastes good.

I made tofu out of this and this flour is contaminated by strong Indian spice that I am not used to and regret switching to this brand from my usual one. Be ware if you are not used to some strong Indian spice smell
