Yilin pickled mustard greens are of good quality and affordable, but they are often out of stock. So I stock up when I see them. I also hope they have Shaoxing pickled mustard greens!
I warmed it up in a pan and when it started to get brown I added eggs. Idk if that’s a thing but I really enjoyed it.
Add some eggs and you can make a pot cake with egg flavor.
