Even the leaves are deliciously fresh!
I’ve purchased beets in the bunch many times. I use the beets for smoothies, and sauté the beet leaves. I especially love the greens. This time I was a little disappointed; there was not very much good leaves….but the beets were lovely. I peeled, chopped and froze the beets, and sauteed the bit of green that could be used; it was yummy. A definite repurchase. Hopefully, more beet greens next time.

Fresh beets have arrived, and even the leaves look delicious!
The beets are small and the leaves are not fresh.
Unfortunately the stems and leaves were wilted and inedible, but the fruit was delicious.
This is how the beets looked after 1wk. They came very fresh and I would repurchase!
Only came with 2 beets but they were big!!

It came with a generous amount of a little over 3 pounds, and the average size of the chestnuts is 3-4 cm. They look fresh to the naked eye, and I haven't opened them up to look at them one by one, but I don't see any rotten ones yet. They seem fresh. I don't know about the taste because I haven't tried them yet.
The eggs are smaller than I thought, but there are more! I hope there aren't too many rotten ones.
This time it's not very fresh, the meat is a bit lacking in firmness, there are some bad ones inside, the pieces are very small, and the taste is very sweet.
