Unfortunately, this was some of the worst beef I've purchased in Weee...Super chewy because of too much silverskin.Very gamey with fowl after taste.It was just horrible.I will never buy this again!!
It's frozen so it's a bit tough.It doesn't taste like greasy Wagyu at all.The advantage is that it is pasture.It doesn't feel oily at all.The oily taste of Korean beef or the unique taste of American beef.As someone who does not like the savory and greasy taste of oil,It was quite light and had a new taste.
