If you fill up about 70% of the egg tart shell, you can probably use all the 30 egg tart shells. otherwise you won't have enough. I made 28 egg tarts because I filled up 80%. This is very easy to make, and fun! We used air fryer to bake them in batches.

I transferred it from the freezer to the refrigerator at 10 o'clock last night, and made the egg tarts at around 9 o'clock this morning. The egg tart crust is also from the same brand, and it is baked so beautifully. I share it with everyone, and everyone thinks I bought it in the store.
My daughter baked it and it was great. The egg liquid inside tasted just right. Not too sweet and had a strong milky flavor.

The taste was good, but there was a bit of a chemical smell when it was cooked. I cooked it in the fryer for about 5 minutes and the top was crispy, but the bottom of the foil cup was moist, so next time I'll try to cook it in a way that makes the bottom crispy as well.
