The taste is OK, but the powder itself is relatively thin, and it is pressed too tightly, which makes it difficult to soak. When I want to separate it during cooking, it breaks into pieces. But overall it is pretty good

Soak the shahefen in hot water for one minute and then rinse with cold water, add sesame sauce and you have the perfect dough! So delicious!
