You get a lot of sausage (I think I received about 7 links in the package) and can freeze them if you don't cook them all at once. They are not as good as homemade as it is missing some herbs but definitely worth buying. They are also a lot thinner than many Lao sausages that I've either made or had at restaurants.I poked these with a toothpick prior to baking as sausages usually need to be pricked so the build up of air within the sausage has a way to escape and the sausages do not burst.Served with vermicelli and carrot spicy salad and sticky rice.

These aren’t bad! Has a little spice kick. Comes in a pack of 7. Easy to make in the air fryer. Would repurchase again.
