Very good. Mildly spicy. Good value for price. Removed a star because the sausages were very greasy. Grease actually spurted out of the casing and smoked up my whole backyard. Eating texture is a little gummy, but the flavor is on point. Was perfect with jeow and sticky rice. I’ll definitely buy it again, but I would not recommend cooking these indoors unless you want to set off your fire alarms.
