Added the black garlic to my seafood bucatini pasta ? ?
It wasn't my favorite. Little hard to peel and the flavor is little sharp with slight bitterness.I might use this to make black garlic butter.I just don't like eating it as is.
The taste is good, but I didn't expect that there are only two pieces and the price is high.
Very god for health
I bought it because it was said to be a healthy food, but it was well packaged and it didn't taste sweet, it tasted like soy sauce. Tried it for health benefits. Well packaged in a ziploc bag. It's not that sweet, rather it tastes like soy sauce.

Going to peel and put in a plastic container in the fridge for a few months. The product seems very fresh (as fresh as black garlic can get) and you can smell it through the packaging!
There is nothing wrong with it except that it is expensive. Although it is garlic, it tastes far different from garlic. Garlic is spicy and not delicious. Black garlic is sweet and soft, very delicious and healthy.
Pricy hopefully it’s good.
