the j.f.k special chicory roast blend features colombian beans as the base, blended with brazilian, indonesian, and french chicory roast. it offers balanced bitterness and acidity, a faintly sweet aroma, and a rich body. the package design is inspired by the transformation of coral in roasting, from white to black. chicory blend coffee originated in france and spread to america in the 1860s.
