Convenient however the smell of flour is still strong even it was soaked with warm water overnight

I bought 2 packs, very easy to prepare

Haven’t used yet but look forward to make some Vietnamese rice cake

I hope this makes good rice cakes I’ve tried with other rice flours and it’s not good. Maybe I’ve doing it wrong let’s see.
