Yangcheng Lake is a freshwater lake about 2 miles northeast of the city of Suzhou, China

The water of Yangcheng Lake is slightly alkaline, making the crab meat fresher and sweeter than other hair crabs.

Steamed crab method:

1. Bring water to a boil.

2. Hairy crabs don't need to be thawed. Cut open the package, soak the crabs with water, and bring a little water to the outside of the crabs.

3. Put the hot water in the basket and steam. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Add crab vinegar and enjoy.
