Noodles (wheat flour (made in Japan), wheat protein, reduced syrup, salt/liquorice, brine, gardenia color, processed starch, (contains some wheat))

Soup (miso (manufactured in Japan), salt, pork fat, sugar, protein hydrolysate, beef, garlic paste, rape oil, pork extract, ginger powder, garlic powder, chili powder, pickled bamboo shoots powder/seasoning (amino acid, etc.), sake spirit, processed starch, acidifier, caramel color, (contains soybeans, beef and pork))

About Ramen: 

Ground Omi beef, one of the three major beef species, is added to the soup to create a rich and tasty thick miso soup!

Enjoy this highly perfected miso ramen that intertwines perfectly with thin noodles!

How to cook: 

1 Bring 2 liters of water per bag of noodles to a good boil in a large pot.
2 Dilute the accompanying soup with about 270ml of water and prepare in a bowl.
3. Put the noodles into the boiling water and boil over high heat for 30 seconds and low heat for about 1 minute, while breaking up the noodles. (Boiling time is according to your own preference)
4 After boiling, drain off the hot water well and put the noodles into the prepared bowl, and loosen the noodles in the bowl.
5 Garnish your favorite garnish (chashu pork, bamboo shoots, green onions, etc.) for an even better taste.
