It is so much easier than I thought to make tea eggs with this seasoning! All the eggs were gone before I noticed I forgot to take pictures😅

Okay I sucked at making these, but it was delicious all the same. Convenient little bag like tea. Instructions were a little unclear for me personally.

It needs to be cooked slowly and soaked overnight

Do it according to the above first, it has the aroma of tea leaves but the taste is really light 😂 Remove the eggshell and soak for one night, it will be better. I think it's a little bit hard to make 20 eggs if I like strong flavor (like the one in the restaurant) (I made 12), or add more light soy sauce (not too much, the taste will be wrong), or use a small pot and put less water and eggs. Soaking must be soaked in order to taste. The convenient stewed bag will repurchase.
