Andok's Litson Sauce

Andok's Litson Sauce is a delicious Filipino sauce made from pork liver, vinegar, spices and breadcrumbs and used as a dip for lechon and other meats, or for cooking dishes.

Pinoys love their lechon in all its juicy meat and golden-brown crunchy skin goodness, especially if there's sawsawan involved. While Visayan lechon calls for spiced vinegar, Luzon lechon uses a sweet and savory liver-based lechon sauce.

Ingredients: Water, cane, sugar, bread crumbs (wheat flour, sugar, and palm oil), cane vinegar, salt, hydrolyzed plant protein (soy protein), onions, garlic, black pepper, and 0.1% sodium benzoate added as a preservative.
