Made a Korean barbecue. There are a lot of tendons and it's not good to chew

This one is of poor quality, hard to bite, and less meat. The three-pound one is slightly better.

Repurchased many times, fry it and it's delicious

First time buying this. Looks fresh

The portion is large. The first time I used Korean BBQ, the meat was very hard and the tendons were not rotten. Later, I cooked it with black pepper sauce and it was slightly rotten. There was no improvement. Maybe I didn't cook well, so I won't buy it again.

Nothing like the short ribs I purchased in supermarket. It’s too fat. I don’t recommend this.
