The Mountain Mist tea is an authentic oolong tea from Taiwan. Made from the Jin Xuan cultivar, also known as Tai Cha No. 12 or Golden Daylily, Mountain Mist has a classic character full of fruity sweetness and woody notes that are brought out by moderate oxidation and a subsequent medium roast.
