This is my first time trying this. I love the pork floss bread and saw this one, so I figured I'll try it. It's different than the pork floss bread. The bread is nice and fluffy, but the top tastes like toasted parmesan (?), which isn't bad. However, I was expecting the inside to be just like the pork floss bread, but it wasn't. The inside topping is a lot soggier and not like the dry pork floss I'm used to. The taste is also different and a bit on the sweeter side. It's not my favorite and I still prefer the pork floss bread.
