Can someone explain to me what exactly is going with this dish? The broken plastic (black) was inside the food when I tried to check after seeing the black lunch box got cracked. Last month, I had one dish item that also got cracked from the cover and some crystal broken plastic was inside the food. I don't know if it's the packing problem or the delivery problem. I already sent a message last month that said someone needs to be careful with either the packing or the delivery but it's still happening again and a lot of them this time..
