Is there anything truly better than a succulent lobster? Maine lobsters happen to be the sweetest lobster caught from the clean and icy North Atlantic water. This one arrives to you already cooked. Either bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes, or steam for 8-10. Drop this big guy in a seafood paella, and call yourself a wizard.
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Remove lobsters from nets. Wrap in aluminum foil and place on baking tray.
- Cook in oven for 5-8 min. until lobster meat is heated throughout and internal temperature reaches 145 °F.
- Plate and serve with drawn butter or margarine. CAUTION- LOBSTERS WILL BE HOT.
- Steam Instructions:
- Fill pot with 2-3 inches of water. Bring to a boil and add seasoning.
- Remove lobster from net, place into boiling water, cover and steam for 8-10 min.
- Remove pot from heat and let stand for 5 ½ min. until internal temperature of lobsters reaches 145°F.
- Plate and serve with drawn butter or margarine.
- CAUTION-LOBSTERS WILL BE HOT.
