Crispy Pork Intestine

It tastes like fried tripe, but it doesn't smell as good as I thought and it's delicious. The portion size isn't much, but I think it's okay to order it by yourself sometimes when you're craving it.

The taste of this salt and pepper fried pork intestines is similar to the ones sold in Chinese restaurants outside. The meat does not become dry and hard after being heated in the microwave. The whole dish is not greasy, but the portion is very small.

Very delicious! The portion is on the small side though. 10 points for deliciousness, just wish the portion could be a little bigger.
