Daiwa massage chair have a 3 year limited warranty. Daiwa covers labor for 1 year. The parts and framework are covered for 3 years. (In-home service)

Return Policy
We will accept returns for massage chair purchases through Weee! within the first 30 days from product delivery. Products must be in "like new" condition with no damage.
