Sliced beef or pork: 50g
Green bell peppers (medium-sized): 3 (about 90g)
Ebara “Petit Chinese Green Pepper Stir-Fry Sauce”: 1 pack
Cooking oil: as needed
1. Prepare the Ingredients
Remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Slice the meat into thin strips as well.
2. Stir-Fry the Meat
Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the meat and stir-fry until it changes color.
3. Add the Peppers
Add the bell pepper strips and stir-fry together until slightly tender (about 2 minutes).
4. Add the Sauce
Pour in 1 pack of Ebara Green Pepper Stir-Fry Sauce. Stir quickly to coat all ingredients evenly with the sauce.
5. Serve and Enjoy
Once everything is well mixed, it's ready to serve. Great with a bowl of rice!
For extra tenderness, marinate the meat beforehand with a little soy sauce and starch.
Add some red bell pepper for a more colorful dish.
